Our yoga program is delivered by Mei Yin Cheong twice a week on Monday and Wednesday mornings. Sessions are based on the Hatha style of yoga practice, and focus on strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Whatever your goal, whether it be to increase your fitness, get stronger or improve your balance and flexibility, there is a session at MCC Kew for all members and guests.
